Project Snapshot

  • Campaign: CROPS4HD Seed Campaign
  • Focus: Indigenous seeds, crop diversity and local food systems
  • Gateway Graphics role: Field documentation, photography and Bengali IEC design
  • Outputs: Image library, standees, campaign panels and mobile communication artwork

Communication Challenge

The campaign needed to communicate a technical subject through material that connected with farmers, community exchanges, indigenous vegetables, cultivation practices and local markets. The resulting materials also needed to remain clear in field settings and for Bengali-speaking audiences.

Gateway’s Role

Gateway Graphics’ verified role covered field and community photography, seed, crop and local-market visual documentation, Bengali IEC standees and campaign panels, mobile communication artwork, and curated web-ready visual selection.

  • Field and community photography
  • Seed, crop and local-market visual documentation
  • Bengali IEC standees and campaign panels
  • Mobile communication artwork for campaign vehicles
  • Curated, web-ready visual selection for future communication

How the Work Was Shaped

Field documentation and IEC design were developed as connected communication work. The field material informed image selection, information hierarchy and visual emphasis across the campaign formats; large-format materials used direct hierarchy, relevant agricultural imagery and Bengali messaging for practical field viewing conditions.

Communication Outcome

The completed assignment provided campaign materials and a reusable visual record for reports, presentations, web stories and future outreach. It demonstrates how Impact Documentation can connect field material with clear, usable communication formats.
